Jan. 1 - May 21 rental rate is $250/night plus tax

May 22 - Sept 8 rental rate is $425/night plus tax

Sept 9 - Dec 31 rental rate is $250/night plus tax

We do not provide daily housekeeping however cleaning is available for an additional charge. Some guests choose a mid-week clean during their weekly vacation .
