Four Bedrooms with 4 Full Baths. Cable TV w/HBO, DVD/VCR Player, and Iron/Ironing Board. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom. Second Bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and Third and Fourth Bedrooms have 2 Queen Beds. This Home sleeps 12 guests.

Third and Fourth Bedrooms have small wet bar with fridge, sink, microwave.

Nice Cove location with Quiet water. Great place to be on the Water but protected from the waves and traffic on the Main Channel.

Love this home but don't need all 4 bedrooms? During our off season (Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend) your can rent just part of this home. Let us know how many bedrooms you do need, and we will adjust the rate for you! Lot's of possibilities with this home.

Jan. 1 - May 21 rental rate is $325/night plus tax

May 22 - Sept 8 rental rate is $450/night plus tax

Sept 9 - Dec 31 rental rate is $325/night plus tax

Stay 5 nights and get 1/2 off your 5th night, stay 7 nights and get the 7th night FREE! To make a reservation, we will need a credit card to charge one nights lodging and a $10 booking fee.

We do not provide daily housekeeping however cleaning is available for an additional charge. Some guests choose a mid-week clean during their weekly vacation .
